Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in financial industry.
• 10+ years of Treasury Management experience.
• Willingness to study for AAP, APRP, or CTP designation.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• Familiar with technology and online banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Advisors from a relationship management perspective.
• Lead client calls, prepare proposals, present materials, and perform valuations.
• Identify client needs to cross-sell treasury management products.
• Coordinate with TM implementation for smooth onboarding.
• Deliver excellent client experience and enhance brand.
• Meet with Advisors to review portfolios and cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline.
