In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and operational oversight while helping ensure adherence to established procedures and service standards.**Key Accountabilities*** Lead, coach, and supervise a team of client delivery specialists, providing ongoing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development support.* Oversee daily client delivery activities, triage service-related issues, and help ensure timely, accurate resolution of requests.* Support the implementation and communication of policies, procedures, and operational strategies while promoting adherence across the team.* Maintain and update operational procedures to support consistent and efficient service delivery.* Manage a select portfolio of high-profile client and internal department accounts, including account setup and maintenance activities.* Develop expertise in treasury management products and services to effectively support team members, clients, and business partners.* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate the implementation and servicing of treasury management solutions.* Support system upgrades, conversions, migrations, and acquisition-related activities impacting client delivery operations.**Education & Experience****Required*** Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.* 3+ years of treasury management client delivery services, bank deposit servicing, or banking operations experience.* Strong knowledge of deposit operations and account opening processes.* Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.**Preferred*** 1+ years of leadership experience.* Treasury management experience.* Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.* Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification obtained within two years.**Why You’ll Love Working Here**Join a collaborative team that supports commercial clients through critical onboarding and account servicing activities.
