You will be the primary contact for treasury-related questions, investigate and resolve client concerns, partner with internal teams, and deliver a high-quality client experience while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, treasury support, or commercial banking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary service contact for commercial, corporate, and business banking clients.
• Provide support for treasury management products and services.
• Research and resolve client issues while ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges, including online banking, file transmission, and product-related issues.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex servicing requests.
• Manage multiple client inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Learn and apply knowledge of treasury products, processes, and servicing procedures.
• Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and effective problem resolution.
