Job summary

Rockefeller Group is seeking a Manager, Treasury & Cash Management to lead daily cash operations across our properties, forecast liquidity, and manage short-term investments using Kyriba and bank platforms.

You will oversee cash positioning, EFT processing, bank account administration, KYC compliance, and reporting, while driving enhancements to treasury processes and collaborating with Accounting, Tax and Legal teams. Strong analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Banking, Accounting or Corporate Treasury experience.
• Strong understanding of cash positioning, liquidity management, electronic payments, and banking controls.
• Experience with treasury management systems, accounting programs, and online banking platforms; Kyriba preferred.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, payment security, and bank account administration.
• Experience managing projects and improving treasury processes.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI automation tools preferred.
• Self-starter who is able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, banking partners, and other external service providers

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily cash management and forecasting.
• Manages cash positioning for multiple properties using Kyriba.
• Coordinates with banks to ensure smooth payment processing.
• Maintains bank accounts and KYC compliance.
• Leads treasury improvement initiatives and annual audits support.
• Produces regular treasury reports for leadership.
• Collaborates with Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams.
