Webull Financial in New York is seeking a driven Associate Director of Treasury & Cash Management to own daily cash positioning, optimize liquidity, and ensure compliance. Youll lead high‑value transfers, drive automation, and mentor junior treasury staff in a fast‑paced fintech environment.

The role requires a strong finance background, 6+ years in corporate finance, and experience with TMS, Excel, and ERP treasury modules. Based in NYC with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
• 6+ years of corporate finance experience with 3–4 years in cash positioning and liquidity management.
• Experience in retail brokerage/fintech is advantageous.
• Proven ability to analyze cash flow and drive automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Balance daily cash positions to maintain optimal liquidity across accounts.
• Review, approve, and execute wires, ACH, and debit transfers to meet needs.
• Oversee reconciliation of cash activity to GL and resolve discrepancies.
• Perform variance analysis on cash flow forecasts for senior management.
• Audit and improve cash management workflows with scalable solutions.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax, and regulators as liaison.
• Lead and mentor junior treasury staff to build a strong team.
