Job summary

Rockefeller Group International, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Treasury & Cash Management to oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting and short-term investments across RGII and related entities.

You will ensure accurate bank connectivity, KYC compliance, and treasury system administration. Reporting to the Director, Treasury Services, you will lead daily cash management activities, run reports, manage bank accounts and coordinate with Finance, Payroll and Tax to optimize liquidity and control

Qualifications

• 7+ years Banking, Accounting or Corporate Treasury experience.
• Strong understanding of cash positioning, liquidity management, electronic payments, and banking controls.
• Experience with treasury management systems, accounting programs, and online banking platforms; Kyriba preferred.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention, payment security, and bank account administration.
• Experience managing projects and improving treasury processes.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AI automation tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management activity for RGII and subsidiaries using Kyriba and banking platforms.
• Verify bank connectivity and resolve related issues; upload daily reports to SharePoint.
• Manage cash position worksheet and determine investable or trapped cash positions.
• Recommend and execute short-term investments of excess cash.
• Record and track investments and debt in Kyriba; process EFTs with proper approvals.
• Run daily reports and distribute to Finance and Treasury teams.
• Lead daily cash management procedures in Director's absence and liaise with banks.
