You will assess risk, make timely credit decisions, and provide mentorship on policy and underwriting practices.

The role emphasizes strong credit analysis, collaboration with Relationship Managers, and adherence to risk management standards within a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of COMMERCIAL underwriting and credit analysis experience.
• 3+ years of commercial credit decisioning with approval authority.
• Formal commercial credit training or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a high-volume production environment.
• Strong teamwork in commercial markets.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or economics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, underwrite, and approve credit solutions for Treasury and Card clients in line with credit grids.
• Perform credit analysis including financial spreads, risk ratings, industry assessment, and cash flow.
• Assess client creditworthiness and decide on Treasury or Card facilities.
• Ensure underwriting compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Partner with Relationship Managers, Treasury Sales Officers, and Risk teammates to deliver credit solutions.
• Maintain data quality of credit-related client and deal information.
• Mentor junior team members where applicable.
