Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Servicing Accounts Payable Processor to accurately and timely process vendor invoice payments in the servicing system daily. The role collaborates with business units to ensure adherence to company guidelines and processes.

Key duties include data entry of payments, running reports, reconciling disbursement of checks and ACH, handling pending and exception items, and maintaining Voids and refund transactions. Strong Excel skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of related payment processing/banking experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of all payments accurately, manually or electronically.
• Run reports and reconcile disbursement of checks and ACH.
• Handle pending and exception items; maintain voids and refund transactions.
• Track cashed checks, voids, etc.; ensure attendance as required.
