The role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include reviewing invoices, executing payment runs (checks, ACH, wires), reconciling statements, and supporting month-end close.

Qualifications

• 1+ year accounts payable experience.
• Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation.
• Ensure internal controls, policies, and procedures are followed.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and provide reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve AP issues.
