Zip Co Limited is hiring a Treasury Analyst in the United States to support the Cash Management & Treasury Operations (CMTO) team. You will gather data feeding the cash flow forecast, prepare lender reports, track covenants, and ensure routine monitoring is accurate, enabling the Director to make informed judgments.

This remote-first role offers an opportunity to work from home with an option to be in the Manhattan office.

Formación

• 2+ years in a treasury, finance operations, FP&A, or financial services role.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for structured reporting and data sets.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, data management, or analytical support in a structured environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and validate data inputs behind the cash flow forecast and keep assumptions documented.
• Analyze variances between forecast and actual cash movements and support scenario analyses.
• Compile borrowing base data across warehouse facilities and prepare certificates for review.
• Maintain facility positions, draws, paydowns, and availability with proactive monitoring.
• Calculate and validate covenant compliance across facilities and track next reporting dates.
• Prepare covenant compliance certificates for Director review and delivery.
• Prepare and reconcile data packages and reporting drafts for lenders and investors.
• Run the reporting calendar across facilities and assist with ad hoc lender data requests.
• Develop internal reporting inputs and outputs for daily/weekly/monthly cash and liquidity.
