Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of Treasury or related field experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling experience.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking systems, financial markets, and economic trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace automation and AI initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the company's cash position to ensure liquidity.
• Lead daily cash forecasting, actualization, and analysis to optimize cash management.
• Support investment decisions including inputs, performance and deck prep for leaders.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for timely transactions.
• Execute wire transfers, ACH payments and other cash movements per policy.
• Manage bank account entitlements and corporate access memoranda.
• Act as bank fee SME; perform analyses for cost savings.
• Assist in preparing executive month-end materials.
• Lead banking partner analysis using various data sources.
• Assist with credit facilities, covenant reporting and compliance.
• Help implement treasury projects, including system enhancements.
• Support treasury leadership with ad-hoc requests.
