Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments and to executives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional reconciliation of derivative positions.
• Execute monthly closing and reporting for realized/unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury banking workflows.
• Assist the Treasury Director in preparing executive materials for leadership and the Board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
