Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Fort Wayne, IN. You will report to the Treasury Director and contribute to daily cash operations, reconciliation of hedging positions, and executive-level financial reporting.

This is an excellent entry-to-mid level opportunity to gain broad exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and cross-department collaboration. The role emphasizes analytical work, communication across teams, and building experience

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or treasury operations.
Strong problem-solving with emphasis on quantitative detail.
Effective written and verbal communication across departments for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

Coordinate derivative hedging analysis with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams.
Execute monthly closing and prepare reporting for derivative positions.
Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury workflows.
Assist in preparing executive materials for senior leadership and the Board.
Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
