Joseph Michaels International is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Indiana. Reporting to the Treasury Director, you will support daily cash operations, hedge and derivative reconciliations, and executive-level reporting to drive efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
Effective written and verbal communication across departments and for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Coordinate with accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams to reconcile positions.
Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closings and prepare reports for realized/unrealized positions.
Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and banking workflows.
Executive & Board Support: Assist in financial analysis and executive summaries for leadership and the Board.
General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis.
