Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations and hedge accounting processes in an industry-leading finance environment. You will work directly with the Treasury Director to reconcile derivatives, perform month-end close, and deliver insightful executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across departments for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management to reconcile derivative positions.
• Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury banking workflows.
• Assist the Treasury Director in preparing executive summary materials for senior leadership and the Board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
