Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations and hedge accounting activities. You will report to the Treasury Director and collaborate with accounting, operations, trading, and risk teams to deliver accurate reporting and analysis.

This role provides early-career exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and executive communications, with opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls within treasury workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of experience in financial analysis or treasury operations.
• Strong quantitative problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional reconciliation of derivative positions between broker statements and internal systems.
• Execute monthly closing processes and report on realized and unrealized derivative positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and banking workflows.
• Prepare executive summaries for the Treasury Director and senior leadership.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analysis.
