Top Dog Recruiting is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Reporting to the Treasury Director, you will help manage daily cash operations, reconcile derivatives, and contribute to executive reporting.

This early-career role offers exposure to risk management, intercompany activities, and process improvements across treasury workflows, with collaboration across accounting, operations, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with ability to interface across departments and synthesize data for executive presentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to reconcile derivative positions and support monthly close.
• Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized positions.
• Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany financial activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury banking workflows.
• Assist Treasury Director with financial analysis and executive summary materials for leadership and Board.
• Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
