Talent With Heart is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Analyst in Fort Wayne, Indiana to join our finance team. You will work closely with the Treasury Director to manage daily cash operations, reconcile hedging positions, and deliver accurate reporting for senior leadership.

The role provides exposure to risk management, executive communications, and cross-functional collaboration with accounting, operations, and trading teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments and with executives.

Mansioni

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: reconcile positions with broker statements and internal systems.
• Month-End Reporting: execute monthly closings and report derivative positions.
• Cash Management: support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Process Optimization: improve internal controls and treasury workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: assist in financial analysis and executive materials for leadership.
• General Treasury Support: ad-hoc treasury projects and analysis.
