Qualifications

• 2–5 years of treasury / cash / treasury operations experience.
• Experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or a related finance function.
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring.
• Support cash forecasting and reporting across entities and properties.
• Assist debt management, including loan servicing and covenant compliance.
• Monitor debt schedules, maturities, and financing obligations.
• Manage banking relationships, account administration, and treasury transactions.
• Support wire transfers, cash movements, and bank reconciliations.
• Partner with accounting leadership on financing activities and treasury reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting.

This individual will play an important role in managing the company's cash position, banking relationships, debt obligations, and treasury operations. The position offers a blend of traditional treasury responsibilities and debt management, with exposure to a growing real estate investment portfolio.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 2-5 years of treasury / cash / treasury operations experience
• Experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or a related finance function
• Strong understanding of cash positioning, liquidity management, and banking operations
• Experience with debt management, loan servicing, or financing arrangements strongly preferred
• Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
• Treasury management software experience is a plus
• Real estate, financial services, or multi-entity business experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
