Job summary

Hixen Search Group has partnered with a growing real estate investment firm to search for a Treasury Analyst in the United States. This role will manage daily cash positioning, cash flow reporting, and banking relationships while supporting debt servicing and covenant compliance.

Qualifications

2–5 years of treasury / cash / treasury operations experience.
Experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or a related finance function.
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring.
Support cash forecasting and reporting across entities and properties.
Assist debt management, including loan servicing and covenant compliance.
Monitor debt schedules, maturities, and financing obligations.
Manage banking relationships, account administration, and treasury transactions.
Support wire transfers, cash movements, and bank reconciliations.
Partner with accounting leadership on financing activities and treasury reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and reporting.
