Job summary

Hixen Search Group is supporting a highly growth-oriented company in Columbus, OH, seeking a VP of Treasury to lead the treasury function and a small team. You will own cash positioning, liquidity management, and debt servicing while interfacing with C-suite leadership on strategic treasury initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years in treasury and 5+ years leading multi-bank, multi-entity setups, with strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity and loan servicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full corporate treasury function
• Oversee loan servicing: draws, paydowns, debt service, escrows
• Manage banking relationships and bank accounts
• Responsible for daily liquidity and interest/fees
• Improve treasury processes, policies and best practices
• Oversee Kyriba integration and reporting standards for executives
• Lead small team of Treasury Analysts

Hixen Search Group is supporting one of the most exciting, high-growth companies in the area on an extremely impactful VP of Treasury role. As the VP of Treasury, you will interface directly with the Corporate Controller, CFO and other executives within the company, while leading a small team and owning the treasury function for the business. This role will own all cash positioning and analysis as well as the debt/loan servicing aspect.

Responsibilities:

• Full oversight of corporate treasury function
• Loan Servicing: oversee draws, paydowns, debt service and escrows
• Manage all banking relationships and bank accounts
• Responsibility for daily liquidity as well as interest and fees
• Continuous improvement of Treasury processes, policies, and best practices
• Optimize Kyriba integration & establish reporting standards for executive team
• Manage small team of Treasury Analysts

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years' treasury + 5 years leading multi-bank, multi-entity setup
• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance, or related
• TMS experience (ideally Kyriba)
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, loan servicing and fund support
• Experience working closely with operations and other departments as a business partner to treasury
