Job summary

LHH, Atlanta-based private equity-backed commercial real estate investment firm, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join its growing finance team. The role focuses on cash management, debt administration, and liquidity across a diversified real estate portfolio, reporting to the Controller.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or accounting experience; CRE or PE industry preferred.
• Familiarity with debt agreements and covenant compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and intercompany funding across multiple entities and fund structures
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to support liquidity needs
• Assist with debt covenant compliance tracking, loan draws, and lender reporting requirements
• Administer banking relationships, including account setup, wire approvals, and online banking platform maintenance
• Support capital call and distribution processes in coordination with Fund Accounting
• Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Assist with ad hoc analysis related to interest rate exposure, credit facilities, and financing activities
• Partner cross-functionally on process improvement and treasury system implementations

About the Role

The Treasury Analyst will support the firm's cash management, debt administration, and liquidity functions across a diversified portfolio of real estate assets. This role partners closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Asset Management teams and reports directly to the Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, bank reconciliations, and intercompany funding across multiple entities and fund structures
• Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts to support portfolio-level and entity-level liquidity needs
• Assist with debt covenant compliance tracking, loan draws, and lender reporting requirements

• Strong Excel skills; experience with treasury management systems ("e.g., Kyriba, GTreasury") a plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
