RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, hedge accounting, and executive reporting. This role offers exposure to corporate treasury, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration with accounting, operations, trading, and finance teams.

You will contribute to month‑end closes, financial analysis, and intercompany activities, while seeking process improvements and stronger internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 0–3 years of financial analysis, accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsabilités

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Reconcile derivative positions between broker statements and internal systems with cross-functional teams.
• Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closes and report realized/unrealized derivative positions.
• Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activities.
• Process Optimization: Improve internal controls and treasury banking workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: Prepare financial analysis and executive summaries for leadership and the Board.
• General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analyses.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Treasury Director, you will play a key role in managing daily cash operations, reconciling complex hedging and derivative positions, driving banking process efficiencies, and delivering executive-level financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Coordinate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams to reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions between broker statements and internal systems of record.
• Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized exchange-traded derivative positions.
• Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany financial activities.
• Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to improve internal controls, eliminate redundancies, and enhance efficiencies across treasury banking workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: Assist the Treasury Director in accumulating financial analysis and preparing executive summary materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface across departments and synthesize data for executive presentation.
