Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Treasury Advisory Manager to lead a team of treasury experts and advise global clients on treasury function design, technology selection, and liquidity optimization. You will own engagements from planning to completion, develop client-ready materials, and build executive-level presentations demonstrating impact across processes, systems, and people.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting/treasury advisory experience.
• 3+ years advising on bank relationships, RFPs, and negotiations.
• 2+ years treasury transformations or TMS implementations.
• 1+ year supervising or mentoring other professionals.
• Strong treasury best practices across liquidity, FX, debt capital markets and system optimizations.
• Knowledge of treasury instruments and banking services.
• Strong project and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Treasury experts advising global companies on treasury functions and technology.
• Develop and improve treasury methodologies, templates, accelerators, and playbooks.
• Own engagements from planning through completion with budgets and governance.
• Build relationships with treasury, finance, IT, and business leaders; be the primary client contact.
• Develop executive presentations translating complex issues into clear recommendations.
• Utilize tools and AI to analyze data and shape future-state processes and roadmaps.
• Set expectations, delegate work, and ensure client-ready outputs.
• Support proposals, scoping, pricing inputs, and demonstrations.
