Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Treasury Advisory Manager to lead a team of experts advising global companies on treasury functions, technology choices, and bank relationships. You will own major workstreams, build trusted client relationships across finance and IT, and develop executive-level presentations translating complex issues into actionable recommendations.

You will also shape methodologies, templates, and playbooks, while leveraging advanced tools to analyze data and create future-state

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience working in consulting, treasury advisory, corporate treasury, or finance transformation
• 3+ years of relevant experience advising on bank relationship management, banking RFPs, banking services, price negotiations and bank account rationalizations
• 2+ years of relevant experience with treasury transformations, vendor selections, and/or TMS implementations, such as Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Integrity/Quantum, SAP TRM, etc.
• 1+ year of experience supervising, coaching, or reviewing the work of other professionals
• Strong understanding of treasury best practices across bank relationship management, cash and liquidity forecasting, FX, debt capital markets, accounting and reconciliation, and/or system optimizations
• Knowledge of various treasury instruments, financial institution services, and financial products
• Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics, and communications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Treasury experts to advise global companies on their Treasury function, including design of treasury technology and bank relationships
• Develop and improve treasury methodologies, templates, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable deliverables
• Own engagements or major workstreams from planning through completion with scope, budgets, and governance
• Build trusted relationships with treasury, finance, accounting, tax, IT, procurement, and business leaders
• Develop executive-level presentations translating complex issues into clear recommendations
• Utilize cutting-edge tools to analyze large datasets and translate findings into future-state processes
• Set expectations and delegate work based on team members’ skills and development goals
• Support proposal development, scoping, resource estimates, pricing inputs, and demonstrations
