Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking a Treasury Advisory Manager to lead a team of treasury experts advising global companies on treasury functions, technology design, and liquidity optimization. Remote or hybrid options are available, with some in-person days for those near offices.

You will own engagements, develop methodologies and playbooks, build executive presentations, and translate complex issues into actionable roadmaps and business cases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, treasury advisory, or finance transformation.
• 3+ years advising on bank relationship management, banking RFPs, and bank services.
• 2+ years of treasury transformations, vendor selections, or TMS implementations.
• 1+ year supervising or reviewing others.
• Strong treasury practices across cash forecasting, FX, debt markets, and reconciliations.
• Knowledge of treasury instruments and banking services.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury experts to advise global companies on treasury functions, technology design, and liquidity optimization.
• Develop methodologies, templates, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable deliverables.
• Own engagements or major workstreams from planning through completion, including scope, budgets, milestones, and governance.
• Build executive relationships with treasury, finance, IT, procurement, and business leaders.
• Create executive-level presentations translating complex issues into actionable recommendations.
• Utilize tools and AI to analyze data and translate findings into future-state processes and roadmaps.
• Set expectations and delegate work based on team skills and development goals.
• Support proposals, scoping, resource estimates, and pricing inputs.
