Kimmel Associates is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead modular multifamily and single-family residential projects from framing through finish. This leadership role requires hands-on oversight and the ability to coordinate in-house teams, subcontractors, materials, and schedules across Colorado and beyond.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in residential construction, RBC experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Significant experience with single-family or multifamily residential construction.
• RBC experience/knowledge required.
• Willingness and ability to travel in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction operations from framing through final finish.
• Lead and coordinate in-house employees and subcontractors.
• Manage daily production, manpower, materials, and workflow.
• Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality and productivity.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues quickly.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Enforce safety and quality standards throughout construction.
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction to project teams.

The ideal candidate is a proven residential construction leader who can travel and adapt quickly to different project environments.

• Experience managing both employees and subcontractors.
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced construction operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Willingness and ability to travel in Colorado
