Kimmel Associates in Visalia, CA, seeks a Superintendent / Construction Manager for our client, a cutting-edge modular residential builder. The role oversees in-house staff and subcontractors from framing through finish in a fast-paced indoor factory setting.

You will lead production, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and provide hands-on leadership across multiple projects. Residential single-family and multifamily experience is preferred, with RBC knowledge essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Residential building experience in single-family or multifamily projects.
• Must have RBC experience/knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Experience managing both employees and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

About the Position

The Superintendent / Construction Manager will oversee in-house employees and subcontractors throughout the entire building process, from framing through finish.

Working in a fast-paced, indoor factory environment, this leader will be responsible for keeping production moving while maintaining high standards for quality, schedule, safety, and craftsmanship.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans.
• Must be comfortable working in an indoor factory-based construction environment.
