Kimmel Associates is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead modular residential projects from framing to finish across Colorado and beyond. This role requires strong on-site leadership, coordination of in-house crews and subcontractors, and a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in residential construction, experience with single- and multi-family projects, and proven ability to travel across multiple sites while maintaining productivity and cost

Formación

• Minimum 10+ years of construction experience in residential projects (single-family and multifamily).
• Proven leadership in fast-paced construction environments with hands-on supervision.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and specs.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and manage multi-site operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee construction operations from framing through final finish.
• Lead and coordinate in-house teams and subcontractors.
• Manage daily production, manpower, materials, and workflow.
• Maintain project schedules, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Identify and resolve technical/construction issues quickly.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across projects.
• Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction to crews.
• Coordinate with project management and company leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes.
• Travel to project locations nationwide as required.
