Job summary

Novax Recruitment Ltd seeks a Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States. This role involves leading onsite activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project quality from groundbreaking to completion.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in commercial construction, a proven track record with projects at $10M+, and the ability to travel nationwide while working onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Current or recent experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Proven track record delivering ground-up commercial or industrial projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel nationwide and work onsite five days per week.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, schedules and daily field operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications and shop drawings to maintain compliance and project quality.
• Drive project schedules while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States.
