Novax Recruitment Ltd. seeks an experienced Travelling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States. This role requires extensive nationwide travel and hands-on leadership from start to finish.

You will coordinate with project managers, owners, architects and subs; manage safety, quality, schedules, and field operations; and drive project delivery for $10M+ ventures. Competitive base pay with bonus, profit sharing, and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with ground-up commercial/industrial projects.
• Proven track record delivering $10M+ projects.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and work onsite five days per week.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion.
• Manage subcontractors, site safety, quality control, schedules and daily field operations.
• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects and consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications and shop drawings to maintain compliance and project quality.
• Drive project schedules while maintaining a safe and productive jobsite.

A leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects across the United States.

Projects typically include manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centres, logistics hubs, aviation hangars, automotive dealerships, office buildings, higher education facilities, parking structures and self-storage developments.

Responsibilities
