Job summary

gpac is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on high-impact construction projects across the country. The role commands a base salary of $150K+ with a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will coordinate with PMs, clients, and field teams, ensuring on-time delivery and strict quality, safety, and compliance standards. You’ll manage subcontractors and crews, read plans, and keep daily reports.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Superintendent in commercial/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, safety and QC.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
• Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and make on-site decisions. Construction software a plus.
