Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead building envelope projects, including curtain wall and sheet metal installations, on large commercial developments. The role starts on a flagship project in Charlotte, NC, with relocation across the United States as new projects arise.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of PM experience in building envelope, strong coordination skills, and be ready for extensive travel and relocation.

$100,000 - $110,000 Base + Bonus + Car Allowance + $3,000/month Per Diem + Relocation Assistance

You'll initially be based on a flagship project in Charlotte, North Carolina, before relocating to future projects nationwide, with a comprehensive relocation package and monthly per diem provided.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing building envelope packages, particularly curtain wall and sheet metal installations, and be comfortable working on-site, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

THE PERSON

• 2-5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal industry.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple project stakeholders.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and relocating to project sites across the United States.
