Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) with experience in structural engineering, building restoration or rehabilitation of existing buildings.
• Strong knowledge of structural systems, façades, waterproofing and building envelope assemblies.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects from investigation through construction with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations and condition assessments of existing buildings, identifying structural and building envelope deficiencies.
• Deliver rehabilitation, restoration and repair projects from investigation and design through to construction support and site observation.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, drawings and specifications while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Build strong client relationships, mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development and the growth of the practice.
