Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment in New York seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects, including stick-built curtain wall, storefront, and podium systems.

You will oversee 3-5 active projects with an $8M portfolio, coordinating with clients, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial glazing projects
• Strong knowledge of stick curtain wall, storefront, and architectural glazing systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ($5M-$10M+ portfolio experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building envelope systems
• Experience working with general contractors, architects, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement, fabrication, and installation activities
• Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, owners, architects, and project stakeholders
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements
• Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, fabrication, field operations, and installation teams
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and profitability
• Track project financials including budgets, costs, billing, and forecasting
• Attend project meetings and provide updates to clients and internal leadership
• Ensure quality control, safety standards, and customer expectations are maintained through project completion
• Lead project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, and final documentation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial glazing systems, specifically stick-built curtain wall, storefront, and podium projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple complex glazing projects simultaneously, coordinating with clients, general contractors, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This role will oversee 3-5 active projects at one time, with a combined portfolio value of approximately $8M, managing projects from contract award through completion and closeout.

Key Responsibilities

• $140,000+ base salary depending on experience
