• Monitor budgets, track costs, and maintain profitability goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks while resolving project challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements.
• Lead project meetings, providing clear communication and updates to stakeholders.
• Support estimating and preconstruction teams during project handoff.

This position will manage all phases of the project lifecycle, coordinating teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional project outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
