Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead building envelope projects, including curtain wall and sheet metal installations, on large commercial developments. The role starts on a flagship project in Charlotte, NC, with relocation across the United States as new projects arise.

Ideal candidates will have 2-5 years of PM experience in building envelope, strong coordination skills, and be ready for extensive travel and relocation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management experience in building envelope, façade, curtain wall, glazing, or sheet metal industries.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to project sites across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial building envelope projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Oversee sheet metal and glass curtain wall installation on major projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and project schedules.
• Report to two Project Executives to meet milestones, budgets, and quality standards.
• Initially based in Charlotte, NC; relocate to nationwide projects as needed.
