Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years driving experience and valid license.
• Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends.
• Comfort with a 3 weeks on / 1 week off schedule.
• Strong math skills: basic arithmetic and percentages.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on wind generators, bearings, slip rings, and grounding.
• Conduct up-tower winding repairs and measurements.
• Install and disassemble electric motors and generators on-site.
• Document turbine performance data and service reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment using structured processes and diagnostics.
• Travel extensively to job sites with safety as a priority.
