Job summary

Ventos Power Plus, LLC is seeking an Experienced Traveling Wind Turbine Technician to support wind projects across the United States. This role performs advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair on wind turbine systems, documenting work and complying with safety policies. You will travel nationwide in extended rotations.

Per diem provided; health and life insurance and paid time off are included as benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Wind Turbine Technician.
Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to travel 100% nationwide for extended rotations.
Pay is based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and corrective repairs on wind turbine components, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Inspect, diagnose, adjust, and repair wind turbines to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Accurately document work performed in accordance with client and company procedures.
Comply with safety policies, JHAs, and site-specific requirements.
Travel continuously to wind sites across the U.S. with rotation periods typically lasting 4–6 weeks at a time.
