Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of wastewater treatment plant operations experience.
• Willingness to travel and work day and night shifts.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Operational experience with site equipment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete operational coverage of Veolia facilities in the region during vacations and absences; manage day and night shifts.
• Assist in developing and training local technicians and creating training materials.
• Ensure industry standards and best practices are followed across Veolia facilities.
• Support new account start-ups with task development, SOPs, and technician training.
• Provide troubleshooting support and proactive problem-solving for process issues.
