Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to execute brand-aligned visual strategies across multiple Alabama stores. The role will manage product placement, replenishment, and seasonal displays, ensuring displays meet safety and cleanliness standards while driving sales growth.

The position requires up to 75% travel, a bachelor’s in merchandising, and 0–2 years of relevant experience. Four days in-store with one remote work-from-home day per week, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant visual merchandising experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement in-store visual presentations that align with brand standards and manage merchandise transfers between stores and distribution centers.
• Oversee clearance and floor inventory levels in collaboration with Market Sales Manager.
• Execute regular floor moves for furniture and seasonal displays.
• Serve as the primary contact for store merchandising initiatives and communicate clearly.
• Lead store openings, remodels, visual enhancements, acquisitions and high-impact sales events.
