Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to execute in-store displays and manage showroom layouts across Southeast Louisiana. You will work four days on-site in Baton Rouge area with one remote day, adapting floor sets to new products, promotions, and inventory strategies.

Responsibilities include stocking, tagging, and transferring merchandise, plus collaborating with store managers and the visual team. Travel to multiple stores is required (up to 75%).

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or related field.
• Strong design sense and fashion aesthetics.
• Willingness to travel within Southeast Louisiana region.

Responsibilities

• Execute showroom displays to drive in-store conversion and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Follow planograms established by visual leadership to position furniture and decor.
• Refresh floor sets based on new introductions, seasonal sets and promotions.
• Assist with merchandising for new stores, closings, and regional remodels.
