Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandiser to oversee merchandise presentation across multiple markets. This role entails frequent travel and in-store execution to ensure top-tier visual standards and customer experience.

You will train store teams on visual merchandising processes, collaborate with buyers, and lead during new store openings and remodels to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Retail experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent command of the English language for clear communication with management, associates and customers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain compelling merchandise presentation across multiple markets to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Analyze historical sales to influence merchandising strategies during key periods.
• Perform daily store walkthroughs using the Workforce Experience app to uphold visual standards.
• Submit daily photo updates to demonstrate before/after visuals for regional review.
• Re-merchandise apparel and footwear setups, windows, in-store displays and POS to maximize sell-through.
• Coordinate with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager on fixtures, lighting, signage, and campaign execution.
• Implement visual directives across stores, including vendor-compliant concepts.
• Communicate visual merchandising results and opportunities to store and district managers.
• Provide daily and concise follow-through via email and lead on new store openings/remodels.
