You will learn to evaluate pole conditions, assist in maintenance planning, and document findings while adhering to regulatory codes. Travel and outdoor work are required year-round in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Willing to travel locally or regionally; extensive fieldwork.
• Able to perform in all weather and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrate leadership and responsibility for safety and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Undergo training on pole inspections and safety protocols.
• Evaluate pole condition and maintenance needs per procedures.
• Assist in identifying issues and contributing to maintenance plans.
• Complete inspection records and report with appropriate regulations.
• Collect field data and perform daily/weekly reporting.
• Maintain records of tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
