Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking individuals to learn and perform utility pole inspections on site. You will work outdoors to assess pole conditions, follow safety protocols, and collect field data while traveling extensively across regions.

The role involves lifting up to 40 lbs, operating equipment, and maintaining accurate inspection records as required by regulations. Training will cover procedures, PPE usage, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Possess a current/valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no DUI/DWIs in the past 5 years.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.

Responsibilities

• Undergo training to understand basics of utility pole inspections and safety protocols.
• Learn and follow inspection procedures to evaluate pole condition and deterioration.
• Assist in identifying issues and contribute to maintenance planning.
• Complete inspection records and report to regulations.
• Collect field data and perform daily and weekly reporting.
