Qualifikationen

• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
• Willing to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as required.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather, physically demanding, lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Demonstrate leadership to safely operate and maintain the vehicle, equipment, and tools.
• Professional attitude representing the organization to clients and communities.

• Undergo training to understand basics of pole inspections and safety protocols.
• Learn inspection procedures to evaluate pole condition and detect deterioration or damage.
• Assist in identifying issues and developing maintenance plans.
• Complete inspection records and report in compliance with codes and regulations.
• Collect field data and perform daily/weekly reporting tasks.
• Maintain records on tools, electronics, vehicles, and equipment; ensure PPE compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
