Gentle Dental South Maryland in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage the full patient journey from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will clearly communicate financial planning and options based on proposed treatment, guiding patients from first appointment to final outcome for a healthy smile.

The role emphasizes coordinating care, presenting treatment plans, and ensuring a positive patient experience across multiple offices in the Las Vegas area.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Proficient computer skills; knowledge of QSI or Denticon a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients through the full treatment cycle from diagnosis to acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Guide patients from first appointment to final treatment to ensure satisfaction.

At Gentle Dental, our Treatment Coordinators manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.

• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.

* This position will be based out of our Maryland office and will travel to surrounding offices in the Las Vegas, NV area *
