Job summary

Gentle Dental in Brentwood, CA is hiring a Treatment Coordinator for part-time front office duties in a medical setting. You will present treatment plans, discuss costs, and guide patients through financial options to enable care from first appointment to completion.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish a plus), computer literate, with 1–2 years of front office experience. Pay is $23.00–$30.00 per hour DOE, with benefits and opportunities for growth at Gentle Dental.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; experience with QSI/Denticon is a plus.
• Bilingual; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial planning and available options to patients.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to ensure treatment acceptance.

You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!
