Job summary

Gentle Dental Sparks in Sparks, NV is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to manage patients from initial consultation to treatment acceptance, clearly communicating financial options and proposed plans to help patients achieve a healthy smile. The role supports full-time and part-time schedules, with 32–40 hours for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literacy required; Denticon experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate financial planning and treatment options to patients.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last toward treatment acceptance.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient flow in the office.

At Gentle Dental, ourTreatment Coordinatorsmanage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance. You will successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. From the first appointment to the last, our Treatment Coordinators lead patients to a happy and healthy smile!

Qualifications:

Pay Range

• $20.00-$25.00 per hour/DOE
