Job summary

Gentle Dental South Maryland in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from diagnosis to treatment acceptance and to present financial options clearly. You will coordinate schedules and ensure a smooth patient experience.

Prior front office experience in a medical setting and Denticon familiarity are a plus for this role, supporting our team and patients across the office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years front office experience in a medical environment.
• Computer literate; prior experience presenting treatment plans and costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from first appointment to last to ensure a happy, healthy smile.
